Steelhead Landing

Description

We offer off grid camping spots. $20.00 per night. Water available. Soon to have a porta potty. River access. Small pond to view wildlife. Very little or no cell reception. Easy in and and easy out. We have an Eagles nest at the pond. There are resident Geese, Killdeer, Redwing Blackbirds, doves, Hummingbirds, other birds. I have seen one Coyote. Various frogs, salamanders and garden snakes. Firepit, wind can come up in the afternoon. Fire bans happen often during the summer. Alcohol allowed, please be responsible. White markers on road after pond, that area belongs to the neighbors please do not trespass. If we are around we do have some firewood for sale. Max 4 adults per site and one tow vehicle allowed. We are 54 miles from Long beach.
