My RV pad is on my 4 acres of land. It has full hook to include sewage, water and electricity. On any given you can lookout and see deer, adorable rabbits and woodchucks.

Beautiful property

Dolores had great communication with us, and we should have followed her written email instructions rather than rely upon the Get Directions link on The Dyrt which took us to the wrong location. We were here for just an overnight. While we found the concrete pad on which to park, we were unable to get onto it with our travel trailer because of the tight parameters in which to manuever. We were, however, able to level-up on the gravel drive next to it and plug into the electric. Next morning we were able to see how we could have possibly gotten onto the pad by circling around through the *wet* grassy field and pulling through onto the pad. Dolores was apologetic that she wasn't there to help us understand the process. It is a beautiful property and convenient to town.

Turn into 286 Rice lane and follow the drive down behind the House pass the small barn on the right. Drive around the smoke house and small garden to the cement pad. Perfect for Class A,B and C. Pets are allowed.
