Boaters and anglers can access China Meadows via watercraft or the forest road system within Wasatch National Forest. This US Forest Service campground operates from mid-June through mid-October, accommodating RVs up to 14 feet in the forested setting near water. Standard pit toilets and drinking water serve campers, while pets are welcome throughout the site.
One July 4th weekend visitor found the campground uncrowded even without reservations, though noted the expected presence of bugs near the water. The boat-in access option provides an alternative approach for those arriving by water. Campers seeking additional forest camping can explore campgrounds near Wasatch National Forest throughout the region.
