Clean RV Park

General: 136-site RV park, all sites FHU, and no tent camping.

Site Quality: All sites are level, paved, pull-thru, and very generous in size and have a picnic table. As would be expected in an RV park, there is zero privacy between spaces.

Bath/Shower: 10 individual units with a code to enter. They were clean.

Activities/Amenities: Pool, hot tub, four pickleball courts, laundry, hiking/mountain biking trails across the street. I ventured out on these trails and promptly got lost, even though I followed the trail! It was an adventure! There was also RV storage, but it was not secured that I could see.

Normally we don’t camp in RV parks, but we needed to fill up on fresh water, dump our gray tank, and top off our propane (propane was not available in the park but we knew we could get it in St. George). There were several RV parks to choose from in St. George and we picked this one because it appeared to be off the beaten path. However, there is so much growth in the area and the RV park is surrounded by subdivisions. I’m sure that if we were to return in a few years, we wouldn’t recognize how much the area had expanded. The park is located directly on a busy road so you will hear road noise. It was interesting that when we called to see if space was available when we gave them our phone number and e-mail address, they knew our street address! They subscribe to a service called CampLife; apparently, we have booked with this site previously, so our information is stored. A feature allows subscribers to report if campers have abused privileges in which case, we would not have been able to stay. Glad we are respectful campers!

Nice new RV park

Less than a year old. Clean. Quiet. Long pull through sites. Bathrooms with showers are single occupancy. Easy drive to all services. Playground. Pickle ball courts. Laundry. Pool is under construction but says opening Summer 2022. Friendly staff. Wifi sucks but this is typical.
