Right next to Bishop Creek

Stayed on Sept 2, 2020. Seems all the crowds are gone. Nice campground, with flush toilets, water, fire rings, benches, and bear boxes. Sound of the stream next to the campground is very soothing. Stayed in site 4, good for tent or small RV or trailer as are most sites. Level sights, good separation. Run by Forest Service, $28 a night but accept passes. Just up the road from Intake 2 where the fishing is very good. No cell service.

Small but comfy

Cute and comfy campground, no camp host, so if you need firewood it’s kind of a bummer. But it’s peaceful listening to the rushing creek! Been here twice now and definitely will be back!

Stream campground

This is a small campground with a stream running by it. Camped here in June and the water was moving fast, and cold, put drinks in the stream to cool them. Each site has a table and fire ring, with trees for shade. It is walking distance from intake 2 lake fishing. Toilets and water are available this is a nice campground.
