Run down but affordable

At first I thought what a dump, but honestly and unfortunately I’ve seen worse. Site widths are a bit narrow which will make it a challenge if your trailer has fold up stairs but that said site lengths are decent and sites have 30 and 50 amp power. I always check the water before hooking up to my trailer and I found it to be clean, odor free and very good pressure. So considering the overall situation; full hook ups, easy access to the freeway and gas station with decent prices, it’s not bad for an overnight stay.

Whatever This Place Costs, It's Not Worth It

We stopped here to use their dump (for $10) since the free one at the rest stop down the road was closed.

And it kind of even isn't worth stopping to dump. Wouldn't stop here again, would rather go to a Love's or Pilot.

The place is just so dilapidated and run down and sad. Looks like it used to have some cool amenities but now it's just a barren dust storm waste land.

The soles of our shoes were covered in goat heads with each step we took so don't let the dogs out here.

2 stars instead of 1 because in spite of how run down it is, it wasn't horribly loud despite being right off the freeway, and it did function (I'm assuming the power works because we saw some RVs plugged in), and the owners were nice.

You go in to the motel to pay.

Lock your doors

This place is at a run down truck stop. Looks like it was cool at some point but now it’s little more than a place to park and plug in. Wanna haggle over buying some broken down gutted lawn mowers? They got ya fam! Tired of worrying and corona virus? It will be the least of your worries in this almost abandoned train wreck! 1 ⭐️ for the old fords and short block speed boats locked away in the “auto museum”

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Circle Bar/Fuel America RV Park in Ozona compare to other local campgrounds?

Circle Bar/Fuel America RV Park is more utilitarian compared to other local options. It functions primarily as a convenient stopover point rather than a destination campground. The facilities are noticeably dated and maintenance appears minimal. While it offers the basics (hookups and a dump station), campers seeking more amenities, better-maintained grounds, or a more scenic setting might prefer alternatives in the area. Some travelers note they would choose chain travel centers like Love's or Pilot for brief stays instead. The car museum does provide a unique feature not found at other nearby options.

Is Circle Bar RV Park connected to the truck stop or travel center in Ozona?

Yes, Circle Bar RV Park is directly connected to a truck stop facility in Ozona. The RV park operates as part of this travel center complex, which includes a convenience store and restaurant. The truck stop appears to be older and showing signs of age, with some visitors describing it as somewhat run-down. This integration means easy access to fuel and basic supplies for RV travelers, though the overall facility has seen better days. The combination provides a convenient one-stop location for travelers needing both overnight parking and travel services.

Where can I find photos of Circle Bar/Fuel America RV Park before booking?

To find photos of Circle Bar/Fuel America RV Park before booking, check camping platforms like The Dyrt where campers share recent images. The park's official website or social media pages may also display facility photos. Additionally, Google Maps and travel review sites often feature user-submitted pictures that can give you a realistic view of the current conditions. For the most up-to-date visual information, consider calling the park directly to request photos or asking if they can email you recent images of the sites and amenities.

What amenities and facilities are available at Circle Bar RV Park in Ozona, Texas?

Circle Bar RV Park offers basic amenities including 30 and 50 amp electrical hookups and water connections. The park features a dump station available for a fee ($10). Additional facilities include a small convenience store with essential supplies, a restaurant on the premises, and an interesting car museum that some visitors enjoy exploring. The RV sites are functional though somewhat narrow, which may present challenges for trailers with fold-up stairs. While the infrastructure is dated, the park provides the necessary utilities for an overnight stay.
