North Shore Landing

This year-round RV park in Emory provides full hookups for rigs up to 60 feet, with level gravel sites available as both pull-throughs and back-ins. The campground sits near Lake Fork, though recent dam repairs have affected lake access. Campers report strong WiFi and cell reception throughout the property.

Site amenities include water, electric, and sewer connections, plus restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. A fishing pond offers on-site angling opportunities when the main lake is unavailable. The gravel roads provide easy access for larger RVs, and the level sites require minimal setup time. For regional exploration, Cowboys RV Park sits just three miles southwest. Reservations are accepted and pets are welcome with owners.

Great CG on Lake Fork

We spent one night here (May 28, 2022). This is a very nice, easy access CG with level pull through and back-in gravel sites in a beautiful area. There are a number of activities available: boating, fishing (fishing pond and Lake Fork - the lake had been drained for dam repair), birding (saw my first scissor-tailed flycatcher), hunting, biking, hiking/walking. We did not make use of the bathrooms showers or laundry. It is a great base camp to visit the area. The WiFi was great as was cell phone reception. The owners, Nathan and Debbie, are terrific. We would definitely stay here again.
