Flat site right on the lake. Short though so shorter rigs. Great VZ 5G speed for streaming. 2nd time here will return.
Great RV park, concrete pads, well maintained quiet. This is one of my favorite finds in TX. Everything you need.
Stayed a night on my way home to the Dallas area. It’s a little bit north of Wichita Falls and Hwy 287 but well worth the effort to get there.
Words truly do not do justice. All the amenities you expect from KOA. The sites are beautiful with wide open views. Highly recommended.
Star Trails is a cozy little RV park just north of Whitesboro, TX. Full hookups with good wifi. Clean and quiet. Nice little pool, walking trails and fishing pond. This is a good little place to visit.
Found this place while browsing for somewhere to escape for the weekend during the COVID lockdown. Location is a couple years old and really nice. Full hookups and great free WiFi service. All the RV and camping amenities, very clean and well maintained. The drive through safari is an extra $15 per car and worth it. Highly recommend this place.
Nice store and RV park on Lake Amon Carter near Bowie, TX. I came out for the night to escape the virus lockdown. Full hookups available and very good WiFi. I was getting 20mb which is great for free WiFi. Store has a little bit of everything that you might need.
Great and beautiful RV park located right on Lake Athens. Very helpful office staff. I don’t have anything negative to say. All the amenities you may need are available. Next door is the Boathouse, a great restaurant to eat at. Also, the Baitstore for fishing needs. You can’t go wrong with this place.
Hidden Grove is a brand new RV park just east of Honey Grove in north Texas. I spent a night here just to get out during the virus lockdown. The sites are paved and ready to go. WiFi still needs to be setup but cell coverage works. Give them a few months and this is going to be a great RV Park.
Recently spent a day and evening at this RV park. Beautiful park with everything your heart desires. Good and friendly people run the park and keep it in great shape.
Everything is true as others have reviewed. Friendly and helpful staff. For RV site, some require at least a 50’ hose for water. Others are closer to the water. Electric is located close by sites. Some sites also have sewer. Nice place, I shall return one day.
Beautiful old Texas State Park with all the hookups and things you need for a nice time. Level sites all with great water views close to everything. Very nice and helpful staff.
Spent an afternoon and evening here and met a friend whom lives locally. Lots of shade trees, level sites many right on the water. I found the water pressure too strong for my class b as the pressure caused a link under my sink. Convinced me to purchase my own water pressure resistor gauge.
County equestrian and RV park close to downtown. Stayed here recently while attending an LSU football game. They have a shuttle that provides round trips to the stadium. Nothing fancy about Farr Park, just convenient if you love horses and football.
Spent an evening here recently this fall and the park didn’t disappoint. Very nice site with grill, fire pit and table surrounded by big oak trees and right on the lake. Lots of trails and fishing.
Spent a night here on my way back from the coast. Nice KOA with everything you could need to be a happy camper. Very friendly and helpful office staff as well.
Nice sites by the beach. Tables could use some work but the sites are level and functional. County park close to the pier with a place to eat and drink.
Enjoyed a night here before visiting USS Lexington and Port Aransas. My site was right on the gulf and the view was great. Very friendly office staff. Level site with full hookups. I recommend and will return.
Enjoyed a night here. Nice, clean, open RV park on Lake Lavon. It’s well established but in good shape. Big level RV sites with grills and covered tables. You’ll enjoy this park!
Had a great time at this park. The site was perfect and level. Grill and covered picnic table. Excellent for hiking and boating. You can’t go wrong with Cedar Hill State Park.
