Great for overnight stay

Right across from the airport and the Silent Wings Museum, and a great spot for a quick stopover.

Excellent Stay

Needed an overnight stop and this place delivers. Mostly for full timers but they have a few great spots for overnight.

Lots of trees. Our pad was level. Best bathrooms/showers we’ve encountered anywhere over 8 states the past 4 weeks. As nice or nicer as the ones in your own home.

Great, friendly staff. Will defend stay here again.

Better than expected

Pull through spot for our 22ft camper was very easy. Sewer at site. Well shaded with trees. Good, clean pool was an unexpected relief from heat. Some longer term stays, everyone was super nice. Off highway. Great 1 night stop en route to Santa Fe.

Sufficient for an overnight

Nothing overly unique about this KOA style campground. Solid stop for an over night. Location near interstate and airport not ideal, but all the full amenity RV parks in the area have some minor drawback.

The woman on the phone for checkin was very friendly. We stayed in Feb so the shad trees were not a bonus, but if it were summer months this park would be a very good location.

Was the final stop before home, so nice to have full amenities for dumping water tanks, etc.

Would stay again on a pass thru.

Convenient with Trees

We stopped for one night going to Santa Fe. The park has lots of greenery, level sites and a great dog park. Full hook ups were nicely placed, and we were conveniently placed near the dog park. The showers, library and exercise room was orderly and clean. Very pleasant environment overall.

Beautiful Place

Stayed for the night and had a wonderful sleep in a tent. Grass is soft and the people are kind.

Nice clean park with a very cheerful lady on the phone.

We just stopped for a night while heading south across Texas. Very easy access off the interstate. It is your typical RV park with full hookups. Sites are close together in the traditional manner.

Check in was a snap as all out paperwork was in an envelope taped to the office door. The price is fair for what you get.

About 2/3rd of the park are filled with RVs that don't move very often but that's fine. None of the full timers were run down. Most were like new and the park was well kept and clean. The full timers were friendly and quiet.

The only drawback was the noise from the interstate and occasional plane overhead. We are from a very rural area so we are not used to urban noise. That said, I would stay again if in the area.

Quiet, beautiful RV site right off the highway

Stopped here just for the night. They provide a means to check in and camp during afterhours using cash or credit card. When we arrived it was dark but the property looked well-maintained and every resident was respecting the quiet-time hours. Our pad was nice and level and all the hookups worked great! We rolled out before the office opened so we can't say much about the people themselves, but the experience was what you would hope and expect.

Poor electric

The RV park is ok sites are almost level. There is a problem with the electricity. I have a 50 amp connection with only one leg so I cannot run both AC units and it is 94 outside. The surge protector I have also says there is no surge protection because of how they have it set up. The office is closed on Sunday and no emergency contact information so you can’t talk to anyone from the park. Do not recommend this park till they fix the electrical problem. I also test 5 other empty slots and they all tested like the slot I am in.

Nice place, very clean

Good access off the highway. Lots of shade in our spot and most others. Bathrooms and showers were very spacious and exceptionally clean. Site was plenty big enough with a gravel base that was level. Workout room and community area closed due to COVID-19. Dog area, playground and pool were well maintained. A very good stop over for one night.
