Cotton Land RV Park

Cotton Land RV Park operates as a private campground in Lubbock, offering full hookup sites for RVs with electric, water, and sewer connections. The facility features a mix of gravel and concrete sites, with most configured as pull-through spaces to accommodate larger rigs.

Campers should exercise caution when entering and exiting, as one reviewer noted a significant grade difference between the park entrance and the main road that caused ground clearance issues for a 35-foot fifth wheel. The park maintains good lighting throughout and allows campfires, though it lacks on-site restroom facilities. Rates range from $38 to $400 per night, with reservations available and pets permitted. For those exploring the broader region, campgrounds just outside Lubbock provide additional overnight options.

Just a Plain One Night Stopover

The owners here are very nice. They texted me that they had a concrete site open up, and would upgrade me to it at no cost if I wanted it.

The park is well lit, and has a mix of gravel and concrete sites. Most sites are pull through, including mine.

One thing I found odd is that they didn't have a bathroom on site, let alone showers. It's not a huge deal, but I prefer to use campground facilities as much as possible to cut down on tank dump time.

I would stay again if just passing through, probably not for longer term though.

*** WATCH THE ENTRY AND EXIT TO THE MAIN ROAD. THERE IS A VERY LARGE GRADE difference between the park and the road. I dragged the bumper on my 35' fifth wheel both times getting in and out. Be careful. ***

Thank you for staying with us Robert and we appreciate your review!

Our park is actually a total of 40 sites, with 33 being back-ins and 7 being pull through sites.

We have a restroom located within the office/laundry building for our guests’ use!

Our apologies for the grade difference; we have not noticed it being a problem in the past but will see what we can do to lessen the slope a bit.

Safe Travels!
