We’re offering our beautiful, peaceful, private, RV pad with full hook ups available in Ben Wheeler, TX: 15 minutes to Tyler, Lindale, and Canton- home of the Canton First Mondays Trade Days, largest flea market in Texas. Dallas 1.25 hours away for a quick, quiet country get away.
Spot is nestled under trees and overlooks pastures with longhorn cows. Single family, farmstead type environment. Flexible arrangements can be made. Long term stays require a background check. Winter visitors welcome!
*50 amp electric, water, septic sewer, trash, picnic table, provided. Concrete pad, back in. Pricing for 2 adults, 2 vehicles, no pet fees. Pets require prior approval. Concrete pad is 16’x40’. Space can accommodate larger vehicles with overhang. Less than 10 minutes to access I-20 and 5 minutes to access Highway 64. Appx 2 miles of paved, narrow, slightly bumpy, charming county road.
Nightly rent: $75
Monthly rent $625+electric. Nightly, weekly, multi-month, & dry storage rates available.
Canton First Monday Dates require 3 nights minimum.
