Texas Log Cabin RV Park

They don't even really have an office. It is just a dilapidated shed with someone smoking cigs in it, two days of the week. The septic isn't sufficient. It never clogged on me but it all goes to a huge cesspool runoff pond that will curl your nose hairs when the wind blows the wrong way. The dumpster is so small (the smallest size is 2 cubic yards) that trash is piled up. The owner was very aggressive to my wife and me on multiple occasions. Also, her price isn't better than anyone else. We were paying her $400 for 30amp ZERO amenities. Now we are in the same general area at Canton Creek RV and we pay $375 for 30amp, most all amenities except for a hot tub.  It is gated with a laundry room, showers and pool, pool tables, a real pond, a field and a dog pen. Use your people skills and better judgment to decide if you want to live on this lady's land because if you do you are in for a wild ride.

This was our first stop with our new travel trailer. We arrived after dark and the owner Barb waited for us and showed us to our camp site. She even helped us back in and made sure we were good for the night. It’s easy to miss as the entrance is not marked for the best.
