A very nice relaxing place if you like to fish and the Quiet time Away from the Busy town life. Great fishing on the Holston river..never leave to launch the boat ...and never worry about the vehicle getting broken into when you fish.
Lower rates for 6 month and yearly rental...we will have ball court and swings for the kids as soon as we get business coming in ..horse shoes will also be available..3 miles from amis mill .. ebbings and flowing spring is close.. on dead end road. no traffic ......... kids can ride the bikes
