Description

Welcome to Sunny Hills Farm & Camp, where we host hilltop parking for any van life wanderer and two tranquil primitive camp spots for your enjoyment. Come rest, relax, and enjoy nature. Bring the kids, the pets, the family, and/or church group. We have 16 acres nestled down a private country road in Rural Northeast Tennessee that’s close to all the food and shopping amenities you could want. Currently, while under development at this time, we have a dry outhouse with rain catchment for while we build up the property and there is potable water at the garage for your convenience. Maximum 3 night stay.
