Description

The Cozy Coop is a place to come and relax. It is setup for a motorhome up to 45ft. It is a covered shed with a concrete pad. Water and septic hook up, along with 50 amp electric service, wifi available. You will also have access to a 4 person hot tub. Less than 4 miles to a public boat ramp into the Holston River at the mouth of Cherokee Lake. You will be surrounded by nature. The setting is out in the country. Abundance of wildlife will be around. Wild turkey, deer, racoon, cows and more! Piegon Forge, Sevierville, Kingsport and Bristol are all less than an hour away… Come enjoy the Cozy Coop!
