Beautiful and family friendly

This is a beautiful campground! Very Family oriented.  The park attendants are so nice and welcome families and will help you in any way!  We love going here and feel so safe because the sheriff department  along with the attendants are always coming through.  Some of the nicest attendants, always has a smile and willing to help in any way!

Nice campsite with good lakeside sites

Had a nice week camping in a tent right on the side of the lake. The bathroom facilities were good, plenty of hot water for showers and the place was kept clean. When we stayed it was nice and quiet during the first week of the season.

Lakefront Goodness

Obey River Park is a lake front campground on one of the best lakes in Tennessee, Dale Hollow Lake. The waters of Dale Hollow are so clean, clear, and almost turquoise in color. I have been on this lake a few times, and I have never seen a dock other than at a marina. I have never seen any trash in it either. Dale Hollow is known for great fishing and boating as well. The campground is pretty large and just about every site has a lake view, and many are lake front with lake access. If you get a lakefront site you can throw your kayak or float in right at your site. You can’t go wrong in site selection. The campground was full, but the sites have enough space to not feel crowded, with the exception of a few of the interior loop sites. Bathrooms were clean and functional, but could use an update. Cell service is very spotty. Great campground on a very nice lake!
