Great time

Had a wonderful at this campground during the half marathon. The owners are super friendly and willing to help you out with whatever you need. They lead us to our pull through and made sure we were set up. They have a perfect location to get to the smokies. It was a short drive to them. We would book again from them

Feels like family

We love big meadow We were there long term for a few months while house hunting and they took very good care of us Clean and safe We never had to worry about our son roaming around with our dog and his bike Also you have the awesome Little river right in your front yard. So close to hiking and kayaking.

Quiet, full sun, gravel, concrete slabs, all pull thrus

$$$$ all pull thru sites, accommodates big rigs and tents, across the street from Tennessee river.

Has 2 sewer hook ups at every site.

Each row has it’s on meter so no surges from entire park when everyone disconnects.

gates lock at midnight and do not open till 7 am.

Limited parking at front and all visitors must park in front and pay 5.00 fee

clean restrooms,showers, and laundry

strict on dog poop policy (if you don’t want your door beat on like there is a fire, don’t forget your poop)

nice store in office with many essential needs that often break or you leave at home $$$

No pool but they have a splash pad. Basketball. Sand playground and house

15 miles to Pigeon forge.Gatlinburg

1 mile into Great Smokey mountain national park

9 miles to Cade’s cove

20 mins to Maryville

45 mins to Knoxville

staff friendly, owners busy keeping the place clean. Clean as needed, grass etc. if that’s daily then they are doing it

storage for rv's and will pull to a site and minimal setup.

They will help you park your rig(get into your site). Keep limbs etc off your site and rv.

Small place to workout. Treadmills,bikes.

The gate being closed and the dog poop issues, which were not my dog, give it a 4

Clean campground

Full hookup water sites are only 30 amp. Clean and quiet. Our favorite part is floating the river that is in front of the campground. It’s a must do!
