2. Prime Location: Located just 15 minutes from downtown Beaufort, 25 minutes from The Sands Beach in Port Royal, and 45 minutes from Hunting Island State Park, there's no shortage of things to do. Prefer to stay at home? Rent our fishing poles or kayaks, or bring your own. Take a dip in the marsh or relax in the sun in our outdoor sitting area on the dock. Wind down by the firepit at the end of the day. (Please note that all water activities are tidal dependent - our marsh has no water at low tide!)

3. Southern Hospitality: We love hosting people and love to make friends. We're happy to share our favorite local spots, chat over the firepit or on the dock, and you might even find yourself with some fresh produce depending on the season. Prefer your privacy? We get it - just let us know when you'll be in one of the shared spaces and we'll steer clear!

Common areas include the firepit and fixed and floating dock. The picnic table is private and all yours! We are happy to share extra produce when in season. We have fishing gear and kayaks available for rent and firewood available for purchase. No open burning fires outside of the firepit, please. Extra eggs from our chickens may also be available for purchase depending on availability.

Pets are welcome, but please communicate with us as we do have 2 of our own dogs on the property.

Entry Directions: SET NAVIGATION TO 116 STUART POINT ROAD. Our driveway is a circular one. The entrance at 124 is paved and is TOO NARROW for anything more than a standard vehicle to turn in. The entrance at 116 is a double driveway and will allow you a wide enough turning radius to enter smoothly.

Once you turn in, you'll pull straight ahead into the pole barn!
