Deep in Sumter National Forest, Morrow Bridge Seasonal Hunt Camp operates under US Forest Service management from mid-September through early January. This forested campground restricts pets and caters specifically to hunters during South Carolina's seasonal hunting periods.
The camp sits roughly 10 miles from McCormick, accessible via forest roads that wind through the wooded terrain. Campers should plan accordingly for the limited seasonal window and pet restrictions. For those exploring the broader region, campgrounds near McCormick provide year-round alternatives with different policies and amenities.
