ScoutWe stay here often on our migration from PNW to the Desert for winter. It is a extremely well run park, with immaculate bathrooms and well groomed sites. Sites have concrete pad, fire pit and table with FHU. An easy off of Highway 5 and close to Costco and many restaurants. Small lake/pond with walking trail around and extra large Dog Park.

This was close to the freeway, so yeah definitely noise but everyone we met was really nice. Also not to far from here is a dog park so your furry half can stretch their legs in compliance with leash laws. First place we’ve stayed in Oregon and we really love it.

ScoutI stayed here over the winter. The staff is great. They have a monthly rate in the winter months. They have tiny homes for rent, propane, laundry, a little store, and sites with hot tubs. The sites all have nice grassy patches, a picnic table, and a fire pit. There is a path to the beach/ocean. It’s a couple of minutes walk from any site there. Ranging from 2 to 5 minutes depending on how far your site is from the path. Everyone is pretty relaxed. Just a few people are permanent residents and I was one of the longest stays for the winter. It’s generally pretty quiet. They have a dog park. It’s a great place. I’d highly recommend it.
