Elk City Park Campground sits along the water's edge in Eddyville, roughly in the hills of Oregon's central coast range, where the Yaquina River runs close enough that some sites park directly beside it. The campground is county-managed, open April through October, and runs $25 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Take Hwy 20, exit on Business Loop 20 into Toledo. Turn south at the traffic light, follow Butler Bridge Road past Georgia-Pacific paper mill. Turn left at all Y- intersections staying on Elk City Road for approximately eight miles. The park will be on the north side of the road.
