Good place to stay

We stayed here twice with a short gap between our 2 times. Comfortable park, very clean. Big rig friendly especially in the center areas without trees. If you're using Starlink this would be a good choice. Able to do laundry both times we stayed (credit card instead of quarters!). Full hook ups (we paid $50 per night).  Good location for visiting Redmond and Bend.

Nice Fairground Campground

Our GPS and Waze wanted to take us to the Fair& Expo main gate, but we followed the website instructions to the RV park portion of the fairgrounds adjacent to the Juniper Golf Course. Check-in was quick and easy. We proceeded to pull through site B-1 with FHUs for our two-night stay. The fairgrounds have nice cement sites to include a spot to park your tow vehicle or toad. Utilities are placed in the back center of the pad. The water pressure was good at about 50 psi. We got 4 bars on Verizon and the Wifi was above average for a park this size, i.e. you can check email and surf but not stream. There are no trees around the sites, so no issues with satellite. The sites in the B loop and this CG in general are close together. It was a pleasant surprise to find that they have a laundry, which is located in the office building where you register. There are also restrooms and showers there as well. As we were in site B-1 near the RV park entrance, we took our dog for walks to the left where there were trails into the adjacent state land(identified by a sign on a tree). The site had a picnic table and nice little standup grill. We enjoyed our stay at this CG.

Highly Recommend

A nice place to stay! Everything was clean. The washers and dryers use cards, no coins. I didn't get good WiFi. My TV couldn't connect. Although my laptop connected fine in the laundry room. The Internet speed was average. I enjoyed my stay here. As a woman solo traveler, I felt safe and secure. Even pulling in at 1AM. I highly recommend it.

Good place for overnight

This could be a really nice place, but most of the spaces are really jammed together and people insist on parking their vehicles in front of their rigs instead of the parking areas, making it difficult to maneuver around the loops. Spaces are very close together and the ones with large gravel "lawns" between them smell strongly of animal urine. Showers and laundry areas are clean and the gal in the office is fabulous. Too bad they tried to cram in 10 extra spots instead of making this a nice place to spend some time.

Stayed in 27 one night and 9 another night. 27 is jammed in with a gravel lawn. 1-10 are the only sites that have an fair sized grass lawn.

It’s Just Level

With over a hundred concrete spaces, each with a grill, picnic table, water, sewer, and electric. But there’s more! Fantastic showers, laundry and friendly staff. This is one of the best stops if you are visiting Redmond or the Bend, OR area

Good for a few days

The spaces are close but not as bad as some. The park is basically unattented due to staffing issues. No one was in the office for our 3 days. 16 miles from Bend so good place to explore from.

Very clean and utilitarian park

Industrial strength camp ground. Asphalt and gravel. Few trees and some of those are dead. Nice staff. Ice available in the office for sale. If attending an expo event would be perfect.

No bathroom code with email!

Tried calling several Times right after hours, they must have abruptly left the office. Made a booking on their website, had to book a hook up camper spot because they didn’t have the tent sites available (all were available upon arrival). We got the confirmation email but it did not include the code to the bathroom! Next morning, still nobody in the office. So we had to wait by the bathroom until another camper showed up and begged them for the code. Also no wifi. Not thrilled with their lack thereof.

Lots of sites, horrible layout

Our site was barely long enough for our 5th wheel, let alone the tow vehicle. We had to lower our tailgate & back under the front of the trailer. No picnic table, no room to sit outside on our chairs. Neighbor’s picnic table was 2 feet from our sewer dump. Would not stay here again!

Clean level concrete pads

This is a fairground site that is very nice, not your typical fairgrounds site. It has paved roads and concrete level pads with full hookups. Close to;the town of Redmond and Bend. No trees or grass and sites are fairly close. Clean bathrooms and showers. Big rig friendly

Easy Access Nothing Special

We stayed here for 3 weeks. Being next to the fair grounds gets busy during the weekend, pretty empty during the week. The west side of the park has the better spots with plenty of room for a big rig or 5th wheel and parking for a car or large pick up. The east side is much tighter. Easy to get in and out with stores and RV services near by.

Services at the park are limited. Currently no WiFi. Restrooms and showers are clean and well kept, but they are only open from 9 to Noon. The maximum stay is 45 days and some locals rotate in and out. There have been 3 police incidents while we were here. Although we never felt uncomfortable. Access to the fairgrounds provides a great place to walk or run the pups. No good place for kids to ride bikes and no place other than around the asphalt walkway in the park to walk. BLM land is accessible just across the street but homeless camps are visible from the park so we didn’t venture out there.

Good stopover spot

Very clean park. They were about half full when we were there and the noise level was very low. Not much of a long term spot, lots of movement in and out.

Showers and bathrooms were very clean and the sites we're very big. Lots of pull through spots. Good Verizon signal.
