Wildlife are abundant.

I've seen quite a few deer, a couple of beaver and armadillos. There are lizards on the trees, plenty of squirrels and various birds. There are a bunch of hawks that fly around and at night the owls talk back and forth. I was fortunate to see butterflies constantly and they kept landing on me and just sit there awhile before flying away.
