Rock Creek Campground Group Camp is located near Sulphur, Oklahoma, within the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. The terrain features rolling hills and forested areas, providing a natural setting for campers. Temperatures range from 30°F in winter to 95°F in summer, and nearby attractions include the Travertine Nature Center and Little Niagara Falls.

Rock Creek Group Campsite is currently closed for the season. Reservations cannot be made at this time.Rock Creek Group Site is a family-friendly primitive campsite located at the entrance to Rock Creek Campground. While the group site is reservable, all other (standard) campsites at Rock Creek are available on a first-come first-serve basis (pay at the campground fee machine upon arrival). Rock Creek Campground is the closest campground to Veteran's Lake and is an ideal access point for fishing, hiking and walking, birding, and swimming.
Recreation
Swimming opportunities are plentiful with nearby streams and springs. A short drive to Veteran's Lake allows access to more swimming, picnic areas, a fishing dock, and a hiking trail that wraps around the lake.
Facilities
Rock Creek Group Site is a non-electric tent-only campsite. Rock Creek es un camping exclusivo para tiendas de campa__a, sin electricidad.Two restroom buildings are located in the campground. Mature oak and hickory forests cover this historic part of Chickasaw National Recreation Area. Fee Info
Rock Creek Campground only has one reservable site, which is the Group Site located at the entrance of the campground. Individual, first-come first-served campsites in Rock Creek can be purchased at the fee machine located at the entrance. All sites are paid for using debit/credit card only. No cash will be accepted.

Directions
From I-35, take Exit 55 and drive toward Davis. Once in Davis, go east on Highway 7 to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. For Rock Creek Campground, Veterans Lake, and Veteran's Lake Pavilion, drive approximately 7 miles (11.2 km) east of Davis to the traffic light on 12th street in the city of Sulphur. Turn right on 12th Street for approximately .6 miles (1 km). Turn right at the stop sign. Rock Creek Campground will be less than 1/2 a mile down the road to the right. Look for the large wooden sign with the campground name.
