Awesome time

Where we camped it was walking distance from the lake. The "campsite parentals" were awesome people. Our site didn't have a fire ring, so we had to ask, which was delayed in getting to us due to an accident on the lake, BUT when they did bring it down, the "campsite parentals" and the conservation…

Nice campground

We stayed there overnight, it is conveniently located near I 40, the campground sits off the road and was not noisy. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Birthday Trip

Stayed at the Sandy Beach Campground first weekend in August for my birthday. Enjoyed the spot we had; lots of room. Couple things to mention for improvement. Would like to see the trees maintained a bit better. In our campsite, there was a fallen tree and the standing trees were overgrown and had…

Trying out my pickup bed tent

The campsite was right on the lake, with a nice evening breeze and trees to shade from the sun. Camp host is helpful and the site clean.

Beautiful trails & wildlife

I love Roman Nose State Park! Have been a few times this season. The trails are all very well marked, and the view at Inspiration Point is flawless (when there's not dam construction)! There are plenty of intersections so you don't have to do a super long trek if you don't want to. I love the…

Nice for overnight

This is a nice KOA. Right off of 40, so some highway noise as expected. Clean and nice trees to offer shade to some sights. Nice pool, clean bathrooms/showers. Laundry available. Dirt/gravel sites mostly level. Nice grass. Some are pretty close together. Full hook ups. Walmart/shopping nearby.…

Beautiful family and pet friendly RV park

This RV park looks like it is brand new. It is beautiful and clean and well maintained. There is a cute store where you check in and a nice fenced playground and dog run. It has a good size clean laundry room and a very nice dog wash. The bathrooms are gorgeous! They pick up your trash right at…

Cedar point campground-Foss state park

Very nice, clean campground. About 12 pull through sites and a group site for tents. All spots had a level cement pad to park, picnic table and fire ring. Right on the water. Beautiful view. The campground was fairly empty when we stayed and it was very peaceful and secluded, although if the camp…

Clean and quiet!

This is probably one of the nicer locations we've ever stayed. Super clean and quiet. All sites were paved with full hookups!

Immaculate

This is the cleanest campground I have EVER been to. It is amazingly well- maintained and beautifully landscaped. The sites are spacious, but open. Even though the area is open it is quiet and peaceful. There aren’t a lot of “extras” but just enough for a relaxing get away and close enough to…

Our Go To Spot

It’s not too far for us to get to on a weekend and yet far enough to say we got “away” The park is well maintained and rangers are very friendly and helpful. There are several areas that cater to your activities. Playgrounds, fishing docks etc. bathrooms have always been clean. Only last year we…
