RangerGreat campground. My favorite is each loop has their own shower house! Nice playgrounds for kids. Nice private sites. Lots of woods and trails. Good lake for boating fishing and kayaking. Park is very clean and well maintained. They have a kids fishing pond! It’s also great for biking.

ScoutOur stay was in an RV Sept 2026. I had specifically requested and paid extra for a spot on the fishing pond to fish. Not only was there a lot of long-term campers at this resort, but the fishing pond was covered in duck weed over 3/4 of the water where my site was at, and on the day we left it was 100% covered with duck week. The duck week invasion was not mentioned to me when I called and made the reservation to be on the water. In fairness, I will say I caught some fish at the clear end of the pond before it was 100% covered.
The park itself was clean, quiet and decent. The staff were very nice. The Aqua fun zones water is not clear blue as advertised, it is murky, the 9 hole mini golf is outdated and should be called mini-mini golf as it is very small. The swimming pool and playground were as advertised. I cannot answer to the other amenities as I did not see or utilize them.
In conclusion, this campground could benefit greatly from some updating especially of the amenities as they are not what the pictures portray.

ScoutWe love this park. Nice camp sites. Lots of wooded areas. Very nice lake. Has lots to do, put put golf, shuffle board, disk golf. But our last camp there was disappointing. 3 of the campers in area D where we were did nothing all day and evening smoking Marijuana. We had to smell the skunk smell all day long from them as well as them letting there kids ride around on a golf cart all day and night with no head lites not even tagged for on road.I brought it to the camp stores attention and they said there's nothing they can do, we don't enforce the rules here . They said if I had a problem to call odnr. There was a camp host at the restroom area and watched a lady take her dog inside and said nothing to her.what are the parks rules for if the host won't even enforce them. Not one ranger through the park for 3 days..

TravelerThis was our first time here and we loved it!! We did get rained on a little but we knew that. Seems like this was the last fall weekend before winter.
Checked in at 3pm and got our pass to our site. The drive through is gorgeous, can be very dark at night just a heads up. Very quiet with decent amount of space between campsites. We tent camped and everyone else around us had trailers. If you enjoy the cul-de-sac style this is where you want to be.
The showers and bathrooms were extremely well taken care of!! There’s huge trees around which provides great privacy from trail hikers as well. There was a huge playground with swings, disc golf course, putt putt and a dog park all around the entrance area. There was a shop at the entrance as well but we didn’t purchase anything.
Campground was only 12 minutes from the nearest store and gas. We didn’t have enough light to explore but we will definitely on our next stay.

"The campground is setup in a nice layout with each of the separate sections having a spoke and wheel layout with a bathhouse in the middle.
