Great Secluded RV Dry Camping

This site has a 38 foot pull through parking pad with a large patio and nice fire pit. It is dry camping with a Porta potty on the propety. The best part is this site is right by the river. Great place to get away and enjoy the sights and sounds of good ol nature.

About This Campground

Twenty-three acres of bliss nestled in the rolling foothills of the Yadkin Pee Dee River Basin along side the southern fork of the Mitchell River. In all we have 3 sites on the property. The RV/tent site, Glamping Cabin sit, Rustic Cabin site. Each site sits along side the river which is constantly uttering the wonderful sounds of fresh water rolling over the rocks. Also each site is in its own unique zone of the property so you feel like your camping without anyone else around. The RV site and The Glamping site share a porta potty. The completely secluded rustic cabin site sits in the very back of the property with its own outhouse.  You may encounter wildlife such as Hawk, Deer, Turkey, Duck, Geese, Blue hearing, Box turtle, Skunk, Raccoon, Black snake(non-venomous)  Some near by attractions -Historic downtown Elkin; Restaurants, Gas stations, Recreational parks, Yadkin river access. -Stone mountain state park; hiking, scenic views, waterfalls, etc. -Wineries/Breweries(McRitchie Winery& Ciderworks, Elkin Creek Vineyard, Slightly Askew Winery, Brushy Mountain Winery to name a few)  -Breweries; Skull Camp Brewery and restaurant, Angry Troll Brewing downtown Elkin.  The surrounding area is the epitome of rural foothills of North Carolina. On your way into the cabin you will see horse's/pastures Cow's/pastures, farm houses and more pastures. Keep your eyes peeled for deer grazing and crossing! I would be more than glad to give you directions or recommendations on how to get to the waterfall or a winery/brewery in the area. For any questions about booking or the surrounding area feel free to call or text at 336-466-1653. Best, Tanner
