Spring visits allow for viewing of azaleas, rhododendron, and mountain laurel in bloom, while Summer brings dense green foliage and cool mornings and evenings. Fall views are awash in reds, golds, orange and lingering shades of green with fireside social hours a must. Winter brings tranquility to the mountains and exposes Majestic Mountain views as one can see for miles. Campers will enjoy a peaceful retreat next to the calming sounds of a mountain stream running the entirety of the park, or a semi-wooded site.
