Beautiful place. Lots of deer! No hookups but you can run a generator if needed. Large sites. Great weather!
Great spot right on the parkway. Owners are such a sweet couple!
We are here in October and the leaves are gorgeous as well as the park and camping facilities. Great hikes with fun little towns nearby. Next time we’ll stay longer so we can explore more.
Great new family owned campground about an hour east of Savannah right off 16. Pine tree forest, fishing pond, bath house, full hook ups, goats, horses, tranquility.
Our site was 88 and it was great! Very big with room for rv, truck, and a wooden tent pad. Gravel and grass. Borrowed pot from office to cook lobster. Small laundry room. Convenient location!
Nice swimming and fishing lake. Nice views and waterfront lots.
Bathrooms nasty. Rough roads. Nice lake.
OK if you need to make a quick stop off I75. Unlevel, muddy sites. Hot bathrooms.
Just stayed overnight. They had a cancellation right in front of the lake so we took it. It’s a cross between a packed parking lot and a super upscale rv resort. It’s a great place for kids and families. Lots of water activities on a beautiful lake. Lots of amenities. Professionally run.
We stayed 5 nights in A7, a handicapped spot they assigned to us when we were unhappy with campground D (too close to a busy road and prIvate home). Even though it was warmer than we had hoped, we enjoyed our hikes and creek swims with our dog everyday. Saw momma deer and her two babies several times behind our site. Clean but hot restrooms.
This is a small campground near Lake Toxaway. The people were great. They had happy hour everyday at five.
