The sites retain electrical hookups with 30-amp service, but other utilities appear non-functional according to recent visitors. Access involves rough roads that may challenge low-clearance vehicles.

Duncan G. noted the property "looked pretty funky and old" during his 2023 visit, but found it quiet for dry camping when hookups weren't needed. The campground sits in rural New Mexico terrain, with Granite Gap located about six miles southwest for comparison shopping. Reservations are available, and the property allows both pets and campfires when conditions permit.

Convenient Spot with Hookups

 I called the number to check availability and no one answered and there was no voicemail.  I drove there because it was getting dark and I was tired.  I dry camped in one of the sites.  There are six full hookup RV sites that did not look functional.  It all looked pretty funky and old. However, out of curiosity I checked the 30 amp plug at my site and it had power.  This place could benefit from some TLC.  It was quiet and peaceful.
