Fishing the Powder River and exploring the BLM Terry Badlands Wilderness Study Area give campers concrete reasons to base themselves in Terry, Montana. This small, drive-in RV campground runs from April 15 to November 15, with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer, plus a dump station and showers. Sites are gravel, access involves a rough dirt road, and cell service is limited. WiFi is listed as an amenity, though at least one camper reported it was unavailable during their stay. Pets are welcome, reservations are accepted, and the maximum RV length is 55 feet.
Description
Quiet well established RV Park with artesian water, trees, shrubs, grass, shower house, easy access with pull through and back-in sites. 15 of 16 sites have both 30 and 50 amp service, one has 30 amp only, and all have sewer. Walking distance to cafes, bars, grocery store, hardware store, hospital, laundry, and bank. The wi-fi system is robust. Park is part of the Kempton Hotel and has 24 hour 7 day a week service. Our sites are graded and leveled gravel. The old trees and bushes provide shade and privacy.
