Loved Their Facilities

Of all the places we have stayed at this KOA had the nicest restrooms/ showers of any we have stayed at. This means a lot to me and this the reason for 5 stars. The actual site we stayed in was not anything special

Great 2 day stay

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff.
Great help with parking as we are 70 ft. with our trailer. They even helped me pour DEF in my tank and added air to one tire. We can't say enough about the entire place.

Pull thru’s full hookups

Pleasant staff, clean facilities. Offered to escort us to our site. Despite being in town has a beautiful surrounded view, plenty of walking trails nearby

Much improved campground

We have stayed at this campground several times in the past. Previously it was a bit rundown. Under the new management there is quite an improvement. The bathrooms are new and spacious and very clean. They have upgraded the roads in the campground so that they are no longer potholed and muddy with new gravel and we especially like the fact that the campground personnel were friendly and texted us to put our awnings in as a thunderstorm was coming. The Campground is located just south of downtown and within walking distance of many of the attractions in this lovely historic city.

Will Definitely Be Back!

It's a KOA, so if you're looking for large spaces to spread out & enjoy it's not gonna be your cup of tea. However, it's a very nice KOA with extremely helpful and friendly staff, great fried chicken, and easy access to the Butte visitors center & nature trail. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and variety of activities including outdoor oversized chess, a children's mining activity, etc. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the beauty of Butte America.

Lack of modern utilities

Another KOA with disappointing Wi-Fi connectivity. In today’s world, more and more of us require this utility in order to conduct work-from-home while in our RVs. Unfortunately, my recent experience travelling across the country from KOA to KOA has led me to conclude that many KOAs advertise this utility, in order to get your business, knowing that you are unlikely to leave when you discover that their connectivity is not at all modern.

Small and no space between campers

This is not a place he would stay long term it’s just merely a pitstop. They do have a little riverfront great that runs by it but otherwise it’s just a parking lot.

Great place to stay

Bathrooms were exceptionally large. Clean with great water pressure in the showers. Location was convenient to travel to other nearby cities and easily walkable to the historic uptown.
