Nice for an overnight - quick access with views

We were trying to break up our Montana Drive and found this campground for the first time. It’s well laid out and sites are spaced appropriately. Every site has its own fire ring and landscaping. Pay attention to the overall length of your set up when booking the site. There are longer pull through and some that are near to the corners and turnarounds that are short. Scenically it’s very attractive Campground and the owners clearly did a nice job of thinking about the layout and matching it to the terrain. Showers and bathrooms are very clean, but the showers are metered and have their own credit card station. We didn’t use them so I can’t tell you how long you get. The owners are also involved with an off-road company and care about the property and the people who stay there more than most campsites we’ve been at. They’re very friendly and attentive. We will plan a return trip if the drive matches up.

Quiet and dispersed

We pulled in late at night and found a site off the main road. It was easy to set up, only saw two other sets of people.
