Twiltley Branch
Great site
Overall the campsite is super clean, all the hookups work and I've enjoyed my time. The spot I got was right on the water! Only thing I would say is that the water for the rv hookup has a slight chemical smell to it

Would try to get one by the lake or up by the office. The campsite we had was not level & hard to get camper level. Could not put a tent up due to being on a hill. Would go back.
Nice smaller park with friendly staff
Tucked away in the midst of a big city this tiny state park packs a big punch. Walking distance to museums and a beautiful lake we were satisfied. Even saw an alligator in the water within fifteen minutes of our arrival.
Quiet and nice views. No alcohol allowed.
Only stayed one night, our site was right on the water ( there's lots to choose from).
Large park with monthly and daily sites. Boat ramp. Wooded and open sites. Friendly employees.
We spent a weekend in October here and absolutely loved it. We had a tent site and my only complaint about that was a leaking spicket that drained onto campsites. The trick or treating is the best. Start right when you can because there are so many sites offering candy or haunted areas. The spook trail is top tier! And there were plenty of activities throughout the day for the kids. Water park is heated which I didn’t know and wished we brought swim suits. Had tons of laughs and memories with my family. So much so we already booked for next October and have more family coming!!
