Rvino - Timberline, LLC

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Reservations are available at this drive-in campground outside Benzonia, Michigan, where nightly rates run from $32 to $92 depending on site type. The campground operates from April through December and accommodates RVs up to 70 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer. WiFi is available on-site, and the camp store provides basic resupply, though reviewers note it closes at 7pm.

Sites run close together. That trade-off comes with a clean, well-maintained setup, and Bill R. sums it up directly: "Site's are a little close but very clean." Staff consistently draw positive mentions across multiple reviews, and the campground features a pool, playgrounds, and a sand pit, which makes it a reasonable fit for families with young children. Mature shade trees cover parts of the property, and boathouse access adds convenience for those arriving with watercraft, given the campground's proximity to a lake and river.

The atmosphere skews toward a family-oriented, social campground rather than a remote or wooded experience. At least one reviewer noted limited natural surroundings and crowding during peak season, so campers looking for seclusion may want to consider alternatives. Those planning day trips will find Traverse City within reasonable driving range, and nearby options like Mountain Valley Lodge & Campground offer a different style of stay for comparison. This campground works best for RV travelers and families who prioritize amenities and staff accessibility over wilderness atmosphere.

Not for us

No real nature to enjoy, and crowded. They did have a nice pool, playground, and sand pit. We won't go back, but our friends liked it enough to reserve a spot for next year.
