Peaceful location

Host was nice. Check in was easy as was making the reservation. Stayed at 113 on the small lake. Narrow spot but behind is a fire pit and small dock to drop in a canoe/kayak. Bathrooms and shower was spotless. Sites not along the lake did have a bit more room and shade. We Would stay again.

A Piece Of Paradise

My wife and I stayed here for a few weeks in July. This is definitely in my top 5 campgrounds I’ve been to. The staff are some of the kindest and welcoming folks I’ve had the pleasure to encounter. The grounds are beautifully kept and the bath houses are exceptional. There are trails and a nice swimming area. You can also rent a Kayak and see the beautiful lake. We were so grateful to find such a fantastic place during our work travels!

Quiet and Relaxing

This campground is perfect for those who want to get back to what campgrounds use to be. Don't expect to find any coffee houses, water parks, or arcades, but if swimming in a lake, exploring the woods, and getting your feet dirty are more your idea of camping, you're going to love this place. The staff is very friendly and the area is fairly easy to maneuver around even as a rookie RV owner.

Good, watch out for staff

Very nice and clean place. Showers are hot, bathrooms immaculate, grounds clean and taken care of. My only issue is staff. One says one thing only for another staff member to say something else. Staff will also refrain from telling you important information. Make sure you get information from the same person before making decisions and book both the week and weekdays as they fill up fast on weekends.

Thank you for camping with us, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay as well as the bathrooms and cleanliness of the campground in general. We apologize for any miscommunication - payment is due at time of reservation to book your site. It sounds like we reserved out all of our campsites during the weekend, which is typical for us during the summer. Reservations are secured when payment is received - with site number confirmation and check out date/time communicated to all guests at time of booking as we do fill up fast on weekends. Thanks again for staying with us and happy camping!

Beautiful and Clean Campground

We stayed here in May and absolutely loved Sharp Park! Clean, updated bathrooms with hot showers. The campground is right on the lake with a sandy beach area for swimming and also has canoe/kayaks/paddleboat to rent. The camp store has everything you may have forgotten to bring and they even delivered firewood to our campsite! There are also hiking trails and two playgrounds, a basketball hoop and gaga pit which our kids thoroughly enjoyed.

Okay

Drove through this place and ended up not booking. Sites seem very small. Place seems run down- it really looks like a place for seasonal campers. Seasonal spots right on lake. Lake had a nice swimming area. Only saw one bathhouse and it only had one shower. Honestly if it was just me I would have stayed but was camping with family and they have a huge rig and just didn’t think we could make it work for them.
