Our first 2020 adventure

The campground itself is very nice and well maintained. The 3-star rating is for the bathroom and showers. They were clean, let me put that out there, what they lacked was hot water in the showers or sinks. Added to that they have very old school 5-second pop back up knobs to engage the water. Ever tried to push a button literally every 5 seconds only for it to shoot ice cold water at you for 5 more seconds? I about cried in the shower with frustration and the sheer cold. We will come back but won’t be showering there until they start having hot water. The campground is fantastic though!

Great for kids and adults alike.

Camp store with old school candies and ice cream, beach area, docks available on a series of recreational lakes with decent fishing. Permanent sites available. Golf carts are helpful to go to the beach down the hill and across the street. Very family friendly.
