This free state-managed site sits on the eastern shore of Holeb Pond, accessible only by boat along the Moose Bow Loop canoe route between Attean and Holeb Ponds. The large camping area accommodates multiple tents despite scattered rocks and stumps throughout the sites. Several fire rings and picnic tables spread across the grounds, though one reviewer noted significant litter and food waste in October 2020, including eggshells left in fire rings. A heavily-used outhouse serves the area. The site's position at the canoe portage makes it convenient for paddlers, though its high-traffic location and impacted condition may not suit all camping preferences. The Narrows- Attean Pond provides an alternative just over a mile east for those seeking different conditions.
