Good things come in small packages!!

Tiny gem of a campground- I don’t RV but even those sites are adorable- each site has heavy evergreens in between allowing for nice privacy- and the grass tent site has that privacy too and were good sized. We stayed down in the sandier sites on the river lots of shade and privacy- took a shuttle up with some kayaks- reasonably priced- and drifted back down 10 miles right to our site!! These owners really impress- great service and everything was spotless and kept up nice!

Absolutely Amazing!

Camping for the night before the hike to the summit of Pleasant Mountain! Beautiful campground, super friendly owners, amazing Saco River access, and crazy reasonable rates per night. The river was perfect, sandy bottom, refreshing current, we anchored ourselves for a bit then pulled it up and just floated down river for awhile before walking back along the sandbars right in the river!

Cute family rv area

This RV area was great for families, there were a lot of kids which was nice and it felt very safe. Checking in was super easy and the lady that helped us was super sweet and informative. We had wood delivered to our campground and the guy who delivered the wood it was really nice as well. There were a lot of large parties that can get a little bit loud but quiet hours are 10 o’clock and it settles right down. We have just gotten a new camper van and wanted to test it out and this was a great spot to start. Super easy full hook ups!

Quiet, private and quality

Tori and Jason are a young couple who are doing a great job running a campground. Sites are private and clean. Grounds are well cared for and they offer float rentals for the river. Such a great experience!

Cute Family Campground

This is a nice family campground right along the river with easy access for boats and swimming. It is also in a great area with amazing hiking nearby. Make sure to head not far down the road and climb up to the peak of Pleasant Mountain to get an incredible view of the entire area. Or spend your day floating down the river taking in the beautiful summer Maine weather. The campground is fairly open but has nice sites for a reasonable price and is so close to Portland its worth coming up for a weekend.
