Seven Winds RV Park

Seven Winds RV Park provides full hookup camping with pull-through sites accommodating RVs up to 50 feet in Liberal, Kansas. The campground operates year-round with electric, water, and sewer connections at each site, plus amenities including restrooms, showers, and WiFi access. Rates start at $20 per night for 30-amp service.

Road access requires attention to current conditions, as Highway 54 construction has affected the main approach. Recent visitors recommend calling ahead for alternate route guidance, with one suggesting the back entrance via 12th Street near the Valero station. The park includes both short-term and long-term sites, with a mix of overnight travelers and permanent residents creating a varied atmosphere.

Train activity runs through the area regularly, producing noise that some campers find nostalgic while others may need to adjust expectations. Chad A B. notes it's "not bad, though, if you're used to train or city sounds." The campground serves primarily as an overnight stop for travelers, with straightforward hookups and basic facilities.

For campers needing additional supplies, Walmart — Liberal Supercenter sits about five miles northeast. Contact the park directly for current road conditions and the best entrance route before arrival.

Many mentioned friendly hosts and low pricing ($20/night with full hookups), making it decent for overnight stops. Some visitors expressed disappointment with park cleanliness and permanent resident sites.

Level

It is a decent place for an overnight stop. Pricing is low. Full hookup, pull through spots. A lot of train traffic. Not bad, though, if you're used to train or city sounds.

Older Park with a lot of long-term people

All the sites are pull through everything worked sewer water electric $20 a night for 30 amp. Owner was very friendly when I was here the Highway 54 was torn up completely so it would be best to call and come in the back way if you look at your Mac, you can take a left on 12th St. by the Valero and go down and wind your way through.

Would Not Stay Here

I had a reservation at this park, but when We arrived and got a look at the park we quickly left. Mostly perm sites with old, run down campers. The park was dirty and seemed very sketchy. Would not stay here.
