* RV Spaces for rent in all ages mobile home park in Independence, KS.
* Space Rent is $450/month including a water credit of $30 (Tenant would be responsible to reimburse owner for overage), sewer, Trash, and an electric credit of $100 (Tenant would be responsible to reimburse owner for overage).
* RV must be at least a 2005 model or newer, proof of registration and insurance is required*
Must qualify for occupancy!!
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Complete application(s).
2. Copy of SS Card Driver's License or Government issued ID for each applicant.
3. Must have a minimum combined verifiable income of two and a half (2.5) times the rent.
4. Must have previous good rental history.
5. Pets: must comply with property rules and regulations. Accommodations for service/companion animals excepted.
6. If parking available on premises, all vehicles must fit in assigned parking space.
7. NO EVICTIONS
Upon approval 1st months rent and signed lease required before move in
