Checks most boxes

A ton to do here, very clean well kept grounds. Concrete pads. Sites seemed to be a decent size. Lots of activities that are included in the cost to stay here, which contributes to the $99 per night. Free paddle boats, canoes, pool, kids crafts, indoor pingpong, indoor bags, indoor air hockey table, and a lot more. General store, with a little cafe, overall a really nice campground resort. EDIT: Updated for last visit. ~$100 per night full hookup cost is very high regardless of amenities. I think that high cost is due to this being a large franchise of camp resorts.

Nice site, clean and plentiful amenities.

It was late in the season so we didn't do a lot of exploring the resort. But from what I could tell, the grounds were well maintained, staff was friendly, and there were plenty of activities and amenities to keep our kids busy for the weekend.

Sunset lakes resort is a bad place to camp

Very Nice

I booked a full hookup daily site but they accidentally put me on a seasonal site l. It was on the pond, very quiet and away from a lot of the activities...which was fine for me. The regular sites look nice as well. Lots to do...pool, mini-gold, volleyball, etc. Only a 30 minute drive to Davenport. The only down side of my site was a ton of goose poop...it was hard to walk the dogs with so much to tempt them.

RV and tent camping

Mainly an rv Park campground but they do have tent and cabin camping. Access to a lake with paddle boats and kayaks available. Swimming pool and a great camp store.
