Citizens Lake Campground

We stayed for three weeks they were easy to deal with but that’s it. No pool there was a park by the site we were at but it was so overgrown with weeds there was no way it could be played at. The internet wasn’t very good. But the worst part was the site, it had holes and trench’s everywhere we had a hard time finding a spot we could place our camper. The spots next to us weren’t in use because of big holes I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you absolutely had to.

Small campground we had first one once you get on site. Great view of the lake from where we were. Fire rings are not in one place so you’ll have to burn the grass where you put your pit. Fire rings are very tall so you’ll have to be right up on the ring to see the fire. Lots of space compared to other camp grounds. Have 3 kids so they had plenty of room to run. Picnic table was wobbly had to find the right spot so it would be stable.

This a small campground right on citizens lake. The lake is small, but good fishing! The sites are all FHU, level, and well maintained. The campground is in town, so groceries, etc are a mile away. You get some traffic noise from the highway, but overall a nice spot to stay.
