Just what I was looking for!!

This camp site was great. We visited the lake that was maybe 5 minutes away from the sites and swam out to a little island to cliff jump! It was a beautiful and well kept site. I would definitely recommend taking a reliable car because the road is a little difficult to the sites, but worth it.

Spacious campsite

There are a few other camp spots that are closer to 93 south if you plan on visiting a very certain hot spring… (GB). But this one is nestled up a winding dirt road 30 minutes west and probably 2000 feet above the others. We took the drive on FR 28 late at night so we weren’t sure how twisted it was, but we’re validated the morning after with beautiful views and winding turns.

We settled on site 9, this time of year (Early November) there isn’t any running water. The bathrooms were very clean and we had access to garbage disposal.

Huge fire pit in our site, could really make for some great memories. Just remember to put it out!

Great place!

We went there with two tents. The sites are large and there are enough space for more than 2 or 3 tents easily. The sites are well organized and clean, the bathrooms are well maintained and the camping is pretty close to the lake, you can reach the lake with a 3 - 5 minutes walk. We had a really good experience. Just be aware to check your car breaks because the back travel is downhill the mountains.

Close to the lake and away from it all!

We stayed here Labor Day weekend and only saw one other camper in the camp ground. Williams lake is about 5 minutes up the road. The campground was nice with sites spaced far enough that their is privacy. Bathrooms water and fire rings are available. Gorgeous scenery!
