Island Park KOA Holiday

Overview

Island Park KOA Holiday is a private, seasonal campground located at 5152 N. HWY 20 in Island Park, Idaho, formerly operating as Valley View RV Park. The campground sits near Henry's Lake and is a short drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, making it a popular base camp for regional exploration. It operates May 8 through October 1.

Facilities

The campground offers full-hookup pull-through RV sites with 20/30/50 amp service and a maximum vehicle length of 50 feet, including premium KOA Patio® sites with furnished patios and fire pits. Dry camping (no hookup) sites are also available in an open field. Tent sites are set in a grassy area with picnic tables and nearby water access. Cabin lodging includes Deluxe Cabins (Bison Lodge and Wolf Lodge) with full baths. Shared amenities include a shower house, onsite laundromat, onsite gas station, food truck, convenience store, propane fill, Wi-Fi, playground, KampK9® dog park, and a large recreation room with pool table, ping pong, skeeball, and foosball. Group meeting facilities are available upon request.

Recreation

Onsite activities include horseshoes, disc golf, cornhole, field games, and a jump pad. ATV use is permitted in the area. Nearby trails for hiking and biking are accessible across HWY 20, and Henry's Lake State Park offers fishing opportunities adjacent to the property.
