Abandoned?

After an 8 mile drive on a gravel road with typical potholes and wash boarding, got down to the loop which was apparently a campground at some point. It appears to be totally neglected and unused. Every site is shaded and some are marked with short concrete pillars and/or old lumber for driveway stops. Most have a concrete picnic table, but some are broken. I didn’t notice any fire rings. Highly flammable area so campfires not a good idea. The Reservoir is down so far that it would be quite a hike to get to. The boat ramp nearby is totally nonfunctional. There’s a toilet building at the boat ramp but I did not check to see if it is serviceable. This would be a good place for tents and very small RVs especially if you have a weedeater handy. ;/ Very quiet, not a soul around. I would not bring my 30 foot travel trailer down here to the actual campground, but there are lots of roads and places to pull off for dispersed camping.
