Nice small cg

Shaded CG next to wilderness. 21sitea, three vault toilets, dumpsters, one hand water pump. No host. $10/$5 senior, 14d limit. Too shady for good solar or Starlink use by me! Sites are small and not suited for large TT or Rvs. CG road is narrow. No cell service TMobile.

Frequently Asked Questions

What amenities are available at Lola Creek Campground in Idaho?

Lola Creek Campground offers basic amenities including three vault toilets, trash dumpsters, and one hand water pump for drinking water. The campground features 21 shaded sites suitable for tents and smaller camping setups. There is no campground host on-site. Visitors should note that there's no cell service for T-Mobile users, and the abundant shade makes this location challenging for solar power or Starlink satellite internet users. The campground has a 14-day maximum stay limit.

How does Lola Creek Campground compare to other campgrounds in Idaho?

Lola Creek Campground stands out for its wilderness proximity and heavily shaded sites, offering a more secluded, rustic experience than many Idaho campgrounds. At $10 per night ($5 with senior pass), it's more affordable than developed campgrounds with electric hookups. The 21 small sites accommodate tents and modest campers but aren't suitable for large RVs or travel trailers, unlike many of Idaho's more developed camping areas. This campground provides a quieter alternative to popular destinations, though it offers only basic amenities (vault toilets and hand pump water) compared to larger facilities with showers and electrical hookups.

Where is Lola Creek Campground located and how do I get there?

Lola Creek Campground is located adjacent to a wilderness area in Idaho. The campground is accessible via a narrow road that may be challenging for larger vehicles. When planning your route, be aware that the access road and campground itself have limited width, making navigation difficult for large RVs or travel trailers. For specific directions, contact the managing Forest Service office as GPS directions may be unreliable in this remote area. There's no cell service (confirmed for T-Mobile), so download directions in advance.

Are there photos available of Lola Creek Campground?

Photos of Lola Creek Campground may be available through the Forest Service website or on camping platforms like The Dyrt. These would show the campground's heavily shaded sites nestled next to wilderness areas. Visitors are encouraged to take and share their own photos to help others see the campground's layout, the vault toilets, water pump, and the overall forested setting. Contact the local ranger district for official images if needed.
