Within Boise National Forest, Evans Creek Campground sits alongside Anderson Ranch Reservoir with direct water access. The US Forest Service maintains this established campground year-round, accommodating RVs up to 20 feet and providing drinking water, restrooms, and picnic tables. Campers park between the hillside and reservoir shoreline, with enough space for groups who arrive early.
The campground works better for RV users than tent campers due to the terrain. Water activities drive most visits here, as the reservoir location provides immediate access for boating and fishing. Castle Creek Campground sits just over a mile northeast for those exploring campsites near Boise National Forest.
