Sitting beside the Snake River next to the C.J. Strike Dam, Locust Park is a small, utility-managed campground in the high desert outside Bruneau. It has both RV and tent sites on grassy turf, with some shade trees on the property. No potable water or electric hookups are available, though there is a vault toilet and a dump station. Boat trailer parking is on-site. This campground makes the most sense for anglers and boaters rather than those camping for its own sake, with North Park Campground just 0.5 miles away for comparison.
