County Road 210 runs along the Salmon River corridor just outside Stanley, Idaho, with dispersed sites spread through Sawtooth National Forest on both sides of the road. Campers have found spots alongside the river and others set back among pine trees. The road is narrow, loose gravel, and one reviewer noted it becomes steep and rutted in sections, so larger rigs should proceed carefully. Verizon cell service is reported. Redfish Lake is roughly a mile away, where paid showers, laundry, and a dump station are available. Camping here is free. Note that no-camping signs have appeared in parts of this corridor in recent years, so confirming current access with the local ranger station before arrival is worth the call. Those wanting a developed alternative can look at Chinook Bay Campground nearby, or browse dispersed camping near Sawtooth National Forest for other primitive options in the region.
